Welcome to SANOLA. This website (the “Site”), together with all related features, content, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”), is operated by SANOLA LLC.  Throughout the Site and these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Company” refer to SANOLA LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services and apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products from SANOLA and, if accepted by us, entering into a legally binding agreement subject to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, regardless of whether you are a registered account holder.

Any new features, tools, or services which are added to the current Site shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you. However, all purchases you make through the Site are made directly from SANOLA, and SANOLA is solely responsible for fulfilling and supporting those orders.

 

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you further represent that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

You may access the Site as a guest or create an account to use certain features of the Services or to make purchases. When you create an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with the Services, you may be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, materials, and details of the products available through the Services. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or image will be accurate. Product appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and individual perception.

All descriptions of products, product specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

We do not warrant that the quality, appearance, or performance of any products purchased will meet your personal expectations, or that products will appear exactly as depicted in images, mockups, or promotional materials on the Services.

Products are offered for personal use only. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We may also limit quantities purchased per order, per household, or per customer.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on the Services is void where prohibited.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase products from SANOLA. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed acceptance and received and processed your payment.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe, in our sole judgment, appears to be placed by resellers, distributors, or where fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected. We reserve the right to verify orders prior to shipment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed and accepted, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns Policy.

You represent and warrant that all purchases made through the Services are for your personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

 

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed through the Services are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges, which may be added at checkout or collected upon delivery, depending on your location.

Prices displayed on the Site may differ from prices offered through other sales channels, promotions, or third-party platforms. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or limited-time pricing, which may be governed by additional terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

3. charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
4. you will pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect at the time of your order, including any applicable shipping, handling, and taxes.
   

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, including the use of invalid or unauthorized payment methods.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times provided through the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, high order volumes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, title to and risk of loss for the products passes to you. SANOLA is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs, delivery options, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. SANOLA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. SANOLA is not responsible for any such charges or for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

 

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in or made available through the Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, designs, graphics, images, videos, text, product descriptions, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by SANOLA LLC, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing in the Services or these Terms grants you any license or right to use any patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property of SANOLA or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services or Content may violate intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

SANOLA’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SANOLA LLC or its affiliates. You may not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by SANOLA.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

 

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, services, or resources through the Services that we neither monitor nor control and over which we have no input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. SANOLA shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new features, services, or tools through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. We do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

If you decide to access any third-party websites through links provided on the Services, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm, damages, or losses related to your access to or use of any third-party websites, or for any purchases or transactions you make on such websites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SANOLA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SANOLA. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SANOLA, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SANOLA.

 

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. If you submit, upload, post, email, message, or otherwise share any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, testimonials, images, videos, or other content with us, or publicly share content in connection with SANOLA, our products, or the Services (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant SANOLA a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use such Feedback in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial and promotional purposes.

This may include, for example, featuring reviews, comments, or publicly shared content relating to SANOLA or our products on our website, social media channels, advertisements, or other marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that:

1. you own or have all necessary rights to the Feedback you provide;
2. your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights; and
3. your Feedback does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

We are under no obligation to maintain any Feedback in confidence, to pay compensation for any Feedback, or to respond to any Feedback.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any Feedback you provide, and we assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

1. upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; 
2. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; 
3. collect or track the personal information of others; 
4. spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; 
5. interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. 

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. 
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL SANOLA, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SANOLA, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of

1. your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference
2. your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
3. your access to and use of the Services

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

 

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You and SANOLA consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

 

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. 
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
