Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug (not tight) and stand naturally without holding your breath.

Hip

Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and glutes with your feet together, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
